The role of Account Manager

We are looking for someone who wants to take overall responsibility for both developing our offer to new customers and taking overall responsibility for the customer's buying journey. The details of the role will be worked out together, but your main tasks will be to:

  • strategise new collaborations and establish contact with companies 
  • owning customer meetings and dialogues from start to finish through a great customer experience
  • support our success management with implementations
  • be involved in developing our long-term sales and marketing strategies

In this role you will report to Rolf's CEO. As an Account Manager you will be a key player in our continued success and for the right person there is no limit to how much you can develop and grow. We are on the cusp of a major growth journey that requires us to work in a focused way and we will do it together.

Who are you?

You absolutely love customer contact and are successful in sales. As you will be responsible for the entire customer journey, it is important that you have proven experience in sales, preferably in digital solutions in B2B. You'll be interacting with people at different levels, so it's important that you're responsive, curious and good at creating an understanding of the customer's different challenges. 

We are looking for someone who has drive and focus beyond the ordinary! You see opportunities in challenges and want to develop together with us. It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have worked as a manager and have an understanding and interest in leadership and how to create increased employee engagement. Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English is a requirement.
