As the first Success Manager in the company, you should have outstanding experience and be better than our customers at developing leaders to become their best self with the help of our digital solution.
This means that you should be an advisor on leadership issues, that you should follow our customers in a structured way and be their support in both technical user support and leadership.
Since you will work with leadership from CEO to team leader, it is of the utmost importance that you have documented years of experience in being a manager.
As our first Success Manager, you will also be the project manager for the development projects we run, which means that you will have a good ability and experience to lead IT projects both internally and externally.
You should have an overall expertise in PHP and React Native as well as extensive experience within UI/UX to be the intermediary between our developers and our customer. This means that you should understand what the customer needs and be able to write the requirement spec to our developers.
As we are a growth company, all employees in the company are driven and involved in our customer meetings for both new and existing customers.
It's fast and the balls are flying in a growth company. We need you who have the ability to take these down and create structure. We want you to have broad knowledge and long experience in different ERP systems but above all Microsoft's different parts.
Your responsibility is to ensure that both our internal processes and processes regarding agreements with customers and suppliers are as efficient as possible.
