Now is the time to sharpen the pen

Something that strikes me when faced with new challenges is that we often react by putting everything on hold and waiting. But if we as leaders react in this way, we may not expect our employees to gather strength and step forward. That is why it is important that we feel a clear responsibility, and yes it is a challenge to step forward at this point.

We can clearly see how leaders of our customers have reacted differently. I choose to share the best of the week.

A customer had just decided to let their customer service work in Rolf when the crisis came. Their customer service manager did not back down and chose to start. They have now started with the reflections and during a conversation with her some time ago she says:

"I just wanted to clap my hands when I got the first reflection, there are so many things that we previously couldn't talk about, now that they can write instead it comes and we can talk about it afterwards. I'd never had those thoughts in a normal conversation. How lovely!"

Another major company has jumped at the opportunity to reflect for free in Rolf for two months, a team has already started and the leader immediately sees that they can meet their employees in their thoughts.

The interest in our Trial offer now during the pandemic is great and several are about to get started and I know they will succeed.

It is now if at some point we leaders have to take responsibility and ownership for the situation.

Don't stop doing business and developing the business. I fully understand that it is not easy to enter and sign contracts that are binding when everything is so uncertain. But it is possible to prepare lots. Now is the time to try new things and a lot of opportunities for offers out there so you can learn, test and stay one step ahead to press the button when it turns. The people who fix it will be winners. Or what do you think?
